| Stephanie Morrongiello - Stephanie received a bachelor's degree in business studies from Stockton University in 2010. She is presently the head coach for Stockton University's intercollegiate team. She has competed multiple horses accomplishing a lot along the way. In 2006, she was part of the winning national novice level team for pony club. She has won numerous horse trials at the novice level. Steph has shown through third level dressage, training level eventing and 1.10 meter jumpers. She has trained horses from scratch, many of whom are competing successfully today. In 2012, she was the captain of the winning PC nationals team for 2nd level dressage. Stephanie started teaching on her own horse at the age of 15 and has been growing the Split Elm program ever since! |


| Split Elm Equestrian would like you to meet our instructors. We do have clinicians in throughout the year as well, but these women are working to develop new rider skills year-round at Split Elm! All of our instructors believe in continuing their education and remain competitive in multiple disciplines. |
| Kristina Seelig - Tina has recently graduated from Stockton University with a degree in environmental science. She was one of Split Elm's original clients. She immersed herself in the Split Elm training program and became a very skilled and competitive rider. Tina has competed at PC Nationals for training level dressage taking third place in both horse management and riding with her team. She has also competed nationally in polocrosse and has been named best number two and number three proving that she is a competitive player in multiple positions. Tina has assisted with breaking and training horses and has shown many green horses locally earning multiple grand and reserve championships along the way. She and her horse Hayden have also won grand champion at the state level for dressage in 2011, 2012 and have evented up to BN level. | Ashley Louge- Ashley graduated from Penn State with a degree in engineering before moving to New Jersey in the summer of 2016 and beginning to ride and train with Split Elm. Ashley grew up riding in Central Ohio with a background in hunters and equitation. Her training experience has been focused on bringing along young horses and starting their show careers. Ashley has competed on her high school's IEA team as well as at rated shows as a junior earning champions, reserves and many ribbons in various equitation and hunter classes, mostly with young or project horses. Her riding focus is now concentrated on jumpers and eventing and she is building her experience in those disciplines. Students can schedule with Ashley at 614 395 1352 |


| Lauren Seddon - Lauren graduated from Rutgers with a degree in landscape design. Lauren grew up riding locally in southern NJ and competed all over NJ in Equitation and Jumpers as a teenager. She has trained with many big name trainers but really thrives under the instruction of Hugo Huesca. In addition to Show experience, Lauren also worked at Elkhorn Ranch in Montana as a trail guide for children and adults. Students can set up an appointment directly with Lauren at 609 335 0726 |
