Here at Split Elm, we offer full board on all
breeds and types of horses with the exception of
Stallions. Full board is $425 per month. This
includes:
*Access to all riding facilities at both farms.
*FREE Trailer parking
*Grain fed twice daily (senior, pellets or XTN sweet)
*Hay fed twice daily
*Turnout in ample space with access to shelter
*Heated water outside in winter
*Well bedded stalls with wood pellets
*FREE flyspraying in summer
*Farrier, Dentist and Vet scheduling with email alerts
*Rotational Deworming schedule
*Up to 3 supplments per horse fed with PM feeding
*Saddle space and room for a small trunk in tackroom
*Two tacking stalls and one washstall per barn
*Heated and Air conditoned bathroom
Available Extras:
*Blanketing in Winter for $30 per month (unless your
horse lives out, then it is FREE)
*Holding for all Vet, Dentist and Farrier visits $5 per
month
*Private turnout (space limited) $50 per month
*Vet perscribed care (pills, hoof soaking, bute, wound
care, etc.) $10-20 per day depending on time
*Braiding for shows Mane $35 tail $10
*Grooming $10 per day

Lessons with Steph Morrongiello are available by appointment. Costs are $35
for those who lease or board here and $40 for everyone else. Steph teaches
primarily english style riding.
Clinics are scheduled monthly (weather permitting) with various clinicians.
Danny Warrington is here 10-15 times per year. Clinic rates vary.
Leasing:

lease includes 3 lessons and up to 3 rides per week. 1/2 leasers will be asked
